Help with Med Locker for iPhone

How Med Locker works
You set up to four rounds a day: morning, noon, dinner and bedtime. You put your medications on them. When a round comes due, the apps you chose stay shut until you log the round. Log it by tapping the check circle on the round, the big button at the bottom of Today, or "I took it" on the locked screen.
My apps did not lock
- A round only locks if it is switched on and has at least one medication on it.
- A round set up less than 15 minutes before its time does not lock that day. The app says "No lock until tomorrow" when this happens.
- Med Locker needs Screen Time access to lock anything. If you turned it off, go to Settings, Screen Time, and allow it for Med Locker again.
- If you took your medication early and logged it, there is nothing to lock. That is the app working.
I am locked out and I cannot take it right now
Tap Not now on the locked screen. Med Locker opens with the round's options: put it off by 30 minutes, 1 hour or 2 hours, or skip it for today. Putting it off is unlimited. You are never trapped.
I tapped "I took it" by mistake
Open Med Locker and tap Undo on that round. It asks before it undoes anything.
Reminders
One reminder arrives 30 minutes before each round opens. It does not repeat. If you are not getting reminders, check that notifications are allowed for Med Locker in Settings.
Pip
Pip grows when you keep up with your rounds and rests when you do not. He never guilts you. Taking a round on time lifts him the most. Skipping a round honestly never hurts him. One dose always brings him back.
Subscription and free trial
- Yearly is $39.99 a year and includes a 3 day free trial.
- Weekly is $9.99 a week.
- Both renew automatically until you cancel.
- To cancel: open Settings on your iPhone, tap your name, tap Subscriptions, tap Med Locker, tap Cancel. Cancelling during the trial means you are never charged.
- New phone or reinstalled the app? Tap Restore purchases on the plan screen.
Your data
Everything stays on your phone. There is no account and nothing is sent to us. To delete your data, delete the app. Full details are in our privacy policy.
